Keep you hair moist while brushing

What I discovered about hair while I was growing mine was the fact that it is very fragile.  While growing it you have to be careful with the brush.  Most people, men for sure, are rough on their hair.  When they brush they tend to pull on it and tear out the tangles.  While brushing you need to take care, go slowly and gently pull the brush through your locks.  I only brush my hair when it is wet and full of conditioner.  If you hair is tangled, I found that if you have some shower water running through your hair, it would be a great help to take many of the tangles out.  Another tip, if your hair is long like mine you can use your leg and brush your hair against it and this will also help to remove tangles.  So the next time you brush your hair, be sure to follow these simple steps and you will be on your way to long beautiful locks.  Talk with you soon, and keep it growing and flowing.
